My name is Karolina Swiderska and I am a London Lash Pro trainer in London, United Kingdom. I have worked within the beauty industry for over 10 years, with over 7 years of experience in lash industry and have completed many courses and workshops both in the UK and internationally.
My clients inspired me to become lash artist! I was a busy nail artist and my clients kept asking about lash extensions and encouraged me to believe in myself and do a lash training to offer other services. This is how I fell in love with eyelash extensions and decided to change my career!
The business achievement I am the most proud of is managing a top London Lash Salon with 8 talented lash artists for a few years, leading it to many awards. I'm also proud of getting a job in the biggest lash brand in the UK only one day after moving to the UK which made me believe that hard work makes the dreams come true! I have been working for London Lash since 2016, having gained a lot of business experience and work on my professional development.
My favourite lash style is Dolly, with the new love to M-curl!
My favourite London Lash Pro products are fine tip volume tweezers and Power Bond glue!
Here are my top tips for new lash artists:
1. Practice every day even for just 30 minutes
2. Don't compare yourself to others, do everything in your own time - it's not a race
3. Invest in your knowledge
4. Listen to your clients
